What does “change management” really mean? It’s all about planning for change in your business — the change can be prompted by a new regulation, in response to a strategic move like a merger, divestiture or reorganization, or called for in a new strategy.
Sometimes a change requires new ways of thinking and behaving — and that means that people will need to understand what’s changing and why.
I have deep experience in change management. I’ve directed programs that challenged a rethinking of information delivery in a newspaper, managed product development across diverse cultures in a joint venture, transitioned products at the end of their lifecycle. I’ve worked to accomplish change in major corporate restructurings and in a large corporate merger.
My approach will help you plan how you undertake a program of transformative change, and how you measure its effectiveness. I use standard and tested approaches for encouraging and developing the change in behavior, policy, process or culture.
I support the campaign from planning to execution, with coaching, mentoring, material preparation, delivery, analysis and follow up.
