It delivers a deep understanding of your business: starting with your strategy and goals, examining your organization structure, your capabilities and assessing the alignment throughout the organization to accomplish the business mission. If there are gaps, identify a roadmap of planned capabilities and build a timeline and plan for development. Maybe you have the right components, but aren’t spending your resources to maximize your potential.
I will conduct an assessment of the effectiveness of your business, answering questions: are you aligning your work to your strategies? Are you spending on the right priorities? The assessment includes a methodology for ongoing governance, measurement and scoring. It gives you a roadmap for future planning and execution.
